专利摘要:
A molded glove defines a hand and wrist portion, with the wrist portion defining, in as-molded configuration, longitudinal channels positioned about its circumference. In accordance with this invention, a plurality of circumferential channels are defined on the wrist portion at the end remote from the hand portion, the circumferential channels crossing the longitudinal channels. The thickness of the glove along the longitudinal and circumferential channels is increased over the thickness of the glove in areas adjacent to the channels. The glove exhibits improved resistance to rolling down of the cuff while being worn, when compared with conventional gloves having longitudinal flutes or channels, gloves having beaded cuffs, and the like.

one
The invention relates to light industry, in particular to molded gloves.
A molded glove is known, containing a wrist and a wrist 5 parts, the last of which has longitudinal and intersecting circular grooves located at the free end of the wrist part l.
However, when using such 10 gloves, its cuff tends to roll along the wrist section. The problem of cuff rolling is particularly acute in the field of surgical gloves, bearing in mind the critical nature of the surgeon’s work, as well as the risk of breaking the sterile floor on the gloves when trying to roll up the cuff up the surgeon’s arm.
The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a molded glove containing wrist and carpentine parts, the latter of which has longitudinal and intersecting circular grooves located at the free end of the wedge part, the thickness of the glove material along the longitudinal channels.
The wok and circular grooves exceed the thickness of the glove material in the zones adjacent to the grooves, and the longitudinal grooves have a length corresponding to the length of the wedge. The zapstya part has an additional circular groove located in front of the intersecting longitudinal and circular grooves and parallel to the edge of the zapie part.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic of a molded glove, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same, side view.
The molded glove contains a brush part 1, a sleeve part 2, a cuff 3 and fingers 4. The wrist part 2 has longitudinal grooves 5 and circular grooves intersecting them 6 located at the free end, which is the cuff 3 of the second part 2. Longitudinal grooves 5 and the circular grooves 6 form the lattice zone of the cuff 3 and the truncated pyramidal structures 7 defining the four sides. The longitudinal grooves 5 end up with no revenue until the end of the wrist part 2, which is distant from the wrist part 1. Wrist part 2 also has an additional groove 8 located in front of the intersecting longitudinal and circular grooves 5 and 6 and parallel to the edge 9 of the wrist part 2.
Preferably, the longitudinal and circular grooves 5 and 6 have a width of 1/8 to 3/16 inch (3.1754,762 mm), a depth of 1/16-3/32 inch (1.588-2.381 mm) and that the lateral distance between they were not less than the width of these grooves.
Additional groove 8 may already be other grooves 5 and 6, but may be equal to the depth. It is also generally preferred that the thickness of the tips of the 10 fingers of the 4 molded glove is 0.006-0.009 inches (0.1524-0.2286 mm), most preferably 0.007 inches (0.1778 mm) and that the thickness of the gloves in sections 11 and 12 adjacent with grooves 5 and 6 and between them had a similar range of values.
The thickness of the glove material along the longitudinal grooves 5 and circular grooves 6 is greater than the thickness of the glove material in areas adjacent to the grooves 5 and 6 and preferably 0.009-0.15 inches (0.22860, 3810 mm), and the longitudinal grooves 5 have a length corresponding to zapyevy part.
Such a selective increase in glove thickness greatly improves the resistance to rolling of the cuff.
Section 13 of the longitudinal grooves 5 is free from circular grooves 6 and
runs up along the wrist part 2 in the direction of the wrist part 1. If desired, this section 13 can be eliminated to the area of circular grooves, which prevent the glove 3 from rolling down.
